GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE (GCS)
1. Validity of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These general terms and conditions apply to all services provided by mvrig.studio and take effect in the version in force at the time the order is placed, as soon as the contract is concluded. Deviating conditions proposed by the contractual partner are not valid. By placing an order with mvrig.studio, the customer confirms that he/she has read these General Terms and Conditions and accepts them expressly and without reservation.
2. Products
The products sold are described and presented on the site as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour or size may occur due to the natural characteristics of the materials and the craft methods used.
3. Conclusion of a contract
Purchase contracts are concluded upon acceptance of the order by mvrig.studio. This acceptance is confirmed by email to the customer and then becomes binding. However, this confirmation does not guarantee the availability of the products. Any obstacle to delivery will also be communicated to the customer as soon as possible by email. By placing an order, the customer confirms that he/she is aware of the scope and content of his/her order.
mvrig.studio reserves the right, at any time, to cancel or not to process a confirmed order, with full reimbursement of all amounts already paid by the customer, in particular if the raw material necessary for the manufacture of the article is no longer available or in the event of a substantial increase in its price. An alternative solution may be proposed to the customer before any order is cancelled.
4. Delivery and delivery time
Delivery is made in Switzerland and Europe, generally by La Poste. Delivery costs are calculated and added at the time of ordering, depending on the destination and weight of the parcel. For orders outside Europe, please contact mvrig.studio.
All items in the mvrig.studio shop are handmade. If an article is not available in stock, it will be dispatched within 2 to 4 days of receipt and validation of the order. mvrig.studio reserves the right to modify the delivery time for special reasons and will inform the customer by email. mvrig.studio also reserves the right to make partial deliveries if this allows the order as a whole to be dispatched more quickly.
Any delays do not entitle the customer to cancel the order or to compensation.
5. Prices
Prices are quoted inclusive of all taxes and exclusive of delivery charges. Payments can be made by credit/debit card or any other payment method offered on the site. The order is processed only after validation of payment.
mvrig.studio endeavours to offer competitive prices for its products, which are handmade in Switzerland. However, prices are closely linked to the cost of raw materials and to market fluctuations that we do not control. Consequently, mvrig.studio reserves the right to modify the prices displayed online without prior notice or justification.
6. Returns
Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt of the item (with the exception of non-returnable items mentioned under the heading ‘Non-returnable items’ below). To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in perfect condition, hygienically perfect and identical to that in which it was received, with its label and if possible in its original packaging. A copy of the proof of purchase must accompany the return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mvrig.ch indicating the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on the return procedure and address. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted or refunded. The cost of the return is the responsibility of the purchaser, and any postage costs originally incurred by mvrig.studio will be deducted from the refund.
Incorrect delivery: In the event of incorrect delivery, mvrig.studio undertakes to supply the correct item(s) to the customer, if possible. All additional transport costs, including those of the return, are at the expense of mvrig.studio. Cancellation of the order in this case is not possible as long as the item ordered remains available.
Defective items: We systematically examine defective or damaged items to confirm manufacturing defects. Damage due to defective materials or manufacturing errors will be dealt with by mvrig.studio in the same way as the provisions concerning incorrect deliveries. Withdrawal from the contract is in principle not permitted in the cases mentioned above.
Transport damage: In the event of transport damage, a detailed report must be sent by e-mail to info@mvrig.ch within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Failing this, the right to a free replacement will expire.
mvrig.studio is not responsible for the loss of an item returned during transport; no refund will be given in this case.
In the event of a non-conforming return, all costs incurred by mvrig.studio will be invoiced to the customer.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
By accepting these terms and conditions, you also accept our returns policy.
7. Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned: scrunchies, key rings and water bottle holders8. Refunds
We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return and confirm whether or not the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will automatically be processed by the original payment method within approximately 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit/debit card company to process and post the refund.

8. Refunds

9. Warranty and liability
Our items are covered by a legal guarantee in the event of defects in conformity. However, this guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse or inadequate maintenance.
10. General liability
We expressly draw your attention to the fact that no liability claim may be made against mvrig.studio.
11. Reservation of ownership
The goods delivered remain the property of mvrig.studio until full payment has been received.
12. Modifications to the General Conditions
It is important to note that mvrig.studio reserves the right to modify the present General Conditions at any time and without prior notice, in the interest of the company. In the event of the conclusion of a contract, the version of the General Conditions in force at the time of the order will be applicable.

14. Applicable law/Jurisdiction
In any event, the relationship between the customer and mvrig.studio is governed by Swiss law, to the exclusion of any other legislation. The place of jurisdiction is Neuchâtel (NE), Switzerland, which means that any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation, performance or termination of the contract will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Neuchâtel, unless mandatory legal provision to the contrary.
